blocking site?

How can I totally block a site to prevent my wifi users from accessing on it, in order to utilize my Data Net for important purposes only? Yet it works on laptop, but not on Mobile/ android users.. how can i control these? Thanks

Try the Live Parental Control and use the whitelist/blacklist.
