can't get wifi on TCL tv

Just bought TV(TCL ROKU) and everytime i try to login to wifi i get error message: unable to connect to wireless network. I have updated firmware and spoke to both TCL and xfinity and they said to contact netgear. Hoping to get some help. Rebooted everything also even tried original pw from router but no luck.
