cannot register my new Nighthawk R9000 router
I purchased a Netgear R9000 Nighthawk X10 AD7200 router. It has a printed serial number on the back of the router. I purchased it from Amazon. When I log into my Netgear account (and I am able to successfully login to my Netgear account) and I go through the steps to register this new router, when I type in the serial number on the back of the router, I get an error message that something has gone wrong and to please contact Netgear support. Alas, Netgear does not allow one to contact support other than for products that are registered. I cannot figure out how to get in touch with Netgear to ask about this. I have yet to find a phone number anywhere. Please help patrick gray

I have purchased my shrink wrapped brand new Nighthawk x10 router and cannot register it also. It is an upgrade for my R7000. The Netgear support website is really bad to navigate - the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Can someone please help me register my product?
