cant log in on netgear genie for admin
i try to log in with the netgear genie app, but my pasword will not work, i use the same log in info on the netgear router login on my browser, and it will work. kind of confused here. why wont the genie app work as well?

This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?
If it is the mobile device, remember you have to login to the wifi before the app can see your C7000 cable modem/router.
By the way, it may not matter, but you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
