I'm in the process of trying to change my router password and I was brought to the password recovery page. It asks for answers to two security questions; the answers I give (in any form of capitalization) always get the error message: The information you entered does not match what is saved on the router. Please enter it again.
How can I get passed this to change my password? My neighbor is using my wifi and I want this to stop. Can anyone help, please? Thank you!
