Is there a way to point the blocked web site message from coming from http://www.routerlogin.com/WEB_site_block.htm to where it's coming from a place I set up and then deliver the block message I prefer?

Re: customizing block screen
I was afraid that would be the case, I saw some other models getting that same response. Thanks, Dean
One thing is clear, some of the public wants this capability and if Netgear is reading this maybe they'll add it to future products. It wouldn't be a high cost item to include and it would please a number of folks; more than just the ones that took the time to inquire about it.
I know this, in my next router purchase if one has this capability and one does not, all other things equal, I would buy the modem that had the feature, even for a few dollars more (apologies to Clint Eastwood).
Actually if Netgear wanted us to have this, it does not require an in the router hardware or firmware solution, though it clearly could be rolled out in a firmware release. Alternatively the code at http://www.routerlogin.com/WEB_site_block.htm could simply be modified to look for a resident alternative on the local Wi-Fi that the user would store in a fixed and shared place and display that custome & local alternate conditionally if it exists instead of the one that Netgear has by default. Come on Netgear, you could make this happen.

Re: customizing block screen
You could submit your idea in the Netgear Idea Forum. If there are enough people that want this they will probably put it in the firmware.
