darn, couldn't find circle on your router r6400v2

yesterday I bought this new router (r6400v2) mainly for parentals control use and it seems that what ever i do, circle cannot find the router.

i did reset the router,

i turned to the support via chat. no help... - i updated the firmware automaticly and manual (as I was instructed by Netgear support)

i followed all the instructions regarding setup

i did a search here and on google in order to find if there is a solution to my problem...

is there a solution to that? i waisted to much time and energy in order to operate circle, with no succes.

this router is supposed to support circle service, and i just spent 200 usd on a router that does not provide what i need and is the reason for buying...

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Circle product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck
