eSATA External Disk Not Showing Up

My eSata disk doesn't show up either( nor in windows, nor in Netgear). I've been discussing this issue for more than 6 months with L1, L2 and even L3 support. Nothing/no one could help... Formatted my WD 4TB with NTFS and with ExFat : no results... Installed 4 different firmwares and MANUALLY reset all parameters : no result... The wired AND wifi connections drop now and then. If I plug in a USB stick : files get corrupted...
Netgear : please DO something about it ! So far, the R7500 (what costed me about $250) is not more worth than a $50 "no-brand" router...
PLEASE let some one show me that R7500 + eSata + USB work like promised in the advertisements.
I'm seriously thinking about setting up a FaceBook "NETGEAR COMPLAINTS" page.
