have been using arris sb8200 with nighthawk x10 succesfully. all of a sudden my x10 cannot

no internet from arris sb8200 after good year.  reset both different wires still no internet.

    are you able to connect to the router via wifi/ethernet and log into it? 

    what are the leds on it doing? 

    what firmware is on the router? 
    is anything else plugged into the SB8200? it has 2x ethernet ports but the majority of ISPs only allow you to connect 1 device to it. 

    If you did have somethign else plugged in, disconnect everything from the sb8200 (even coax) factory reset it, then power it off for 2 minutes. then power it back on and give it 2 minutes. then connect the router to it and attempt to setup the router again.
