how to get a response from support
I am wondering if anyone from Netgear monitors this board. I have a dead R6900P and cannot get a response from support.
I first sent a warranty claim about 10 days ago, got one response with some questions, then I answered it, and never got another response.
I have sent two additional requests to please respond, but nothing yet. They gave me the Netgear customer advocacy email, but no response from them either.
Anybody have a suggestion on how to get a response? My case number is #42683027.
