Arlo used to be owned by netgear but was seperated from netgear quite a while ago and is now its own company.
You'd need to post in the arlo forums for help with an arlo device.

Most Arlo devices need a a hub that you plug into a router to connect to the Internet.
Some Arlo cameras do not need a hub. They can connect to your wifi.
But, as @plemans says, Arlo and Netgear got divorced a few years ago.
