how do i over come this problem? is it a settings issue?. I know it would be simple just to connect my computer to 2.4 ghz, but i also have devices connect to 5 ghz which need to print as well

Hi strongarmsps,
1. Check if the printer is getting a valid IP from the router?
2. Reconfigure the printer to connect to the router.

Can you ping the printer from device on 5GHz? Is the printer configured as network printer?
