nighthawk R7000 connectivity

I have a nighthawk R7000 just did the latest firmware update but still having problems buffering when I stream video on my computer or Firestick. it will buffer every minute for a second or 2.  Any advice

Hi rhale925,

1. Are the devices connected wired or wireless?

2. If wireless, try changing channels.

3. Reset the router and reconfigure.
