nighthawk X6S AC4000
Hi i installed my Router about 4 days ago but now because where it is i need to resite it into a better position so i can see the controls my question is if i unplug and move it to new sit not far away will i loose all my settings and have to start from scratch again any help would be much apreciated Thank Very Much

You will not have to restart from scratch when unplugging. Unless the router loses its setting on power off, which is highly uncommon

As @microchip8 says, it should work just fine, but this would be a good time to backup your router's settings.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Check the section in the manual Manage the Router Configuration File.
