nighthawk c7000 model I had a power outage, the I reset.
I had a 3 hour power outage. have batrerie back up. The wierd thing is Once ihad power i i had power all lights were on down the front strip but no internet. Then i did. the reset. 10 second. still just all lights on no internet. I then disconected all cables including cable in, ethernet cables etc.
After that is came up as out ot the box. the resetup the system.. all systems go.. My question is was this a glitch or other prolem with the modem.. I trade the stock market and have had ongoing issuse that they cant figure out that has to do with ping spikes that crash the sytem that im running.. any help....thanks.

do you have a screen snip of your modem connections page and your logs?
Any splitter, attenuators, amplifiers in line? if so, remove them.
