A couple things.
1. this is the community support forum where members of the public help out. We're not netgear.
2. if you want help from netgear. click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. from there you can check if you're still eligible for the free 90 days of support from date of purchase.
3. if you're wanting help on here. we need details. Since we aren't there to see whats going on we'd need:
what extender? (you put eax20 but want to confirm)
what firmware is on it?
What router are you connecting it to?
What method of install are you using (wps or the installation assistant)? Where is it failing in the process?
