Determined how, exactly? LED indicators? But wireless is?
"not working" is not a useful problem description. It does not say
what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

None of that is a model number. Look at the product label.
Firmware version?
> any suggestions--help?
Unplug the cables from the LAN Ethernet ports. Use a known-good
Ethernet cable to connect any two of those LAN Ethernet ports. Do the
port-status LED indicators indicate a good physical link?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "LED" and
"Troubleshoot".
