I can log in to my Netgear account with no problem but when I try to apply the firmware using the link provided in the email it will not accept the log in.
If you can log into the router then you should be able to simply upload firmware from your PC hard drive, and firmware is available for your router from the ‘Downloads’ link at the top of this web page.
