Last night my router ASUS AC1750 working fine, today morning router data light got red, after logging on router got below message:
> Please check the connection setting is correct
>Please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to find out the root cuase of DHCP failuer.
Severl times i called to WOW but then say we do not provide solution in souter becuase this is not our product.
Then i bought new router now NETGEAR AC1750 (R6400) still facing same issue on new router, now no idea what and where is issue.

what modem/gateway do you have from wow?
Usually when 2 different devices from different manufacturers are having the same problem,it isn't those devices but what they're connected to.
