"New" Windows Computer and Nighthawk X6

My computer's hard drive failed so I installed a new one and initially loaded Windows 7 Pro. It cannot find my wireless router, Nighthawk X6. What do I need to do to make it find it?

I went out and bought a new Netgear USB adapter and the problem is now solved.
