r6400 - periodically loses two specific devices/addresses

This unit periodically drops two specific addresses/units which have fixed assignments via the MAC address. I have to reboot before it re-assigns or finds them.
It does not seem to affect any other devices (15+ more fixed assignments on the unit). Any ideas?....RDK
