r7000p junk exactly one year after buying
This router worked flawlessly for exactly one year. The moment the router was not supported i started experiencing multiple drops per day. I have read the threads at nauseam. I have guest and mu-mimo disabled. There are a ton of people with the same problem but i do not see a sol'n from netgear.

well you didn't give us much to go off.
What firmware version are you on?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
what actual issue do you run into? "multiple drops doesn't tell us much"
Does it say "connected, no internet". Does the Wifi stop broadcasting entirely? Does it broadcast but you can't connect?
do wired devices drop? Just wireless?
Details are key in helping try to diagnose a problem.

On most updated firmware.
Connected to Spectrum Modum that works fine when direct connected and does not have any drops in history.
The signals show full signal but there is no internet on wifi or wired devices.
When you power cycle everythign is fine for about two hours then need to do again.
Did hard reset and still have same problem. Did multiple power cycles last night. This morning disabled guest network and mu mimo.

We know who supplied the modem, but not what brand and model it is.
That is important information if you want to get to the bottom of your problems.
The symptoms you describe are suspiciously like those we have seen here when people tried to get their router work with an "incompatible" modem that need careful configuration.

if you're going to trash your router maybe you can try dd-wrt firmware on it and see if it solves your issues. I see on the dd-wrt site your router is supported, might actually solve some of the issues on your router.
