Think for a moment about how little useful unformation that
non-description conveys to the non-psychics in your audience.

Have you tried the TFTP recovery procedure?

The TFTP recovery procedure is a multi-step procedure with many
variables, and many opportunities for user error.
"attempted it" or "do not work" is not a useful problem description.
It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you
did it. As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

It can take a little effort to get TFTP to work.
You might find it helpful to search for one of those YouTube videos:

Sorry to not be to your level. So I will give you the exact procedure I did .I took the piece of **bleep** Netgear threw it in the **bleep**ing trash and went and bought a Linksys. Is that detailed enough?
Hopefully you will have good luck with the Linksys. Every consumer grade router has firmware issues it seems. Cannot really check Asus forums for their 'normal' routers only their gaming routers. Others seem to have issues similar to NG. NG does not seem to be testing the firmware before pushing out IMHO. Almost like a it loads so ship it.
