r7000p wifi keeps turning off randomly through the day

While streaming using my wifi either 2.4 of 5G it randomly just turns offline and within 10-20 min it comes back on automatically.

Not sure what the issue is. I bought a new R7000p and it is doing the same thing so I returned it. Any clues will be helpful

im on win10

R70009 firmware version is: V1.3.2.124_10.1.64

this is just a 3 pc's home network, nothing fancy all on win10
