readycloud sign in error

Hi,

I previously wrote about my ready cloud sign in problem, but I solved it updating the firmware.

 

Now after 4 months I have the same problem again. I cannot sign in (user id and password do not work) and the router is considered offline.

 

In particular, as happened in the first time, I can log in using readycloud web site but user id and password ar not recognized in the routerlogin.net.

 

I tried to reboot the router and even to remove the device from the ready cloud web site but nothing happen.

 

Can you help me?

Hi VI86,


Change the password to a simple one like Password123 or other password with the same format.

Hi VI86,

 

Can you try to reset the router and reconfigure it manually.

What is the exact error message when trying to register the account via routerlogin.net?

I already tried but It did not work.

 

Readycloud's Username and password are not recognized while I can log in from the web site but the router is not recognized.

Hi,

I tried to chenge password and at the beginning router worked.

 

I did not use ready cloud for 1 month and at the moment I see router "online" just from the Iphone App. I trieb by web site, pc app, but nothing, my router is "offline".

 

Can you give me additional help?

On the router UI unregister then register again. Once done try to access readycloud not just on the browser but also on the desktop/phone ReadyCloud apps for isolation.
