You will need to contact support as there could be a hardware issue with the unit.

Re: red right only
Greetings @aisorn,
Did you perform the reset procedure in the link @schumaku provided?
Wat were the results?
3 possibe causes fo this behavior:
-Corrupt or incomplete FW
-Defective hardware
-Weak or defective power supply
If a reset doesn't work via the reset button, attempt to manually reflash the FW from a machine connected via ethernet. TFTP is built into windows 7/8/10. Please post your progress.

Re: red right only
OK. Slow down and do things methodically.
Your first message said:
"only red light power on only"
@schumakugave you a link to a Netgear page on this. Did you read it? And what happened when/if you followed the instructions?
Then you said "sometime white light".
Which is it? "only red light" or "sometime white light"?
As @shadowsports said, one way out of the hole could be this:
How to upload firmware to a NETGEAR router using Windows TFTP | Answer | NETGEAR Support
But you will have to be a lot clearer about what is going on, what you have tried, and what happened when you tried it.
