router QOS performance optimization database corruption
My R8000P router is using the latest firmware (autoupdate is enabled). but I am running into an issue. the router's optmizayion database is getting corrupted, nesseccitating a factory reset of the router. this is happenening multiple times with in a span of a month. it has been going on for a while now, and i am getting fed up with this issue. I am really tired of having to re-enter all my settings (including my 6to4 tunnnel setting) everytime this issue occurs. the symptoms are as follows:the version of the performance optimation database is blank. attempts to update the version manually do not fix the issue. internet performance severly decreases. the number of devices able to sucessfully use the internet is reduced to one device. in windows 10, you are able to see other computers, and you are able to ping them, but attempts to access the remote computers files or access them through windows remote desktop fail. if windows is to be believed, the remote computer is no longer accessible or is no longer connected to the network, despite the PC being able to be found by Windows networking and being able to be pinged. the routers attached devices page becomes blank during this issue, despite multiple devices still being connected to the router. a factory reset, followed by re-entering of the settings will solve the issues, but inly temporarily, unitl the problem crops up again. I have been unable to determine if there is a trigger to this issue, or why it has been happening. attached below are some pictures of the issue that i have been seeing.
