routerlogin.dev : is it a virus?
i was trying to change my wifi name and pw but now i get constant spam of "buy some stuff and dl some stuff" from routerlogin.dev, which is different than what i initially searched. i can not find an...

What, exactly, do you "get", how, exactly, on what, exactly?
"routerlogin.dev" is a scam web site. What interactions you might
have had with it are beyond my ken.

Your psychic powers beat mine. I've never seen any of this stuff,
and even if I had, I couldn't tell if whatever I got matched some
invisible stuff which someone else got.

I know nothing about those invisible "messages", either. Nor
anything about the advertised speed of your Internet service, nor the
actual observed speed.
If you have some virus or malware on your (Windows?) system now, for
whatever reason, then that's a Windows problem, not a router or Netgear
problem.
