Hey im using microsoft edge browser. Whenever i search routerlogin.net I get to diffrenet search result and end up here every time http://www.loginrouterloginnet.com

Use a correct URL like http://routerlogin.net/ or https://routerlogin.com/ but none of these Scam URLs shown at the page on the link you ave added above.

routerlogin.com or routerlogin.net are nothing to search - its a valid domain resolved eiter by the local router or the global DNS (the later doing a fallback just in case).
