I need to reset the security questions for my router but i don't know the email it was registered under. Can anyone help me

ac3200 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.

Factory reset the device. That is always the first move for any second hand device.

If you visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.

You can find the model number on the label on the device.
