setup auto disconnect for wan help

I have comcast and they have a 300gb monthly limit... I was wondering if there is a way to setup my router to turn off internet connection after X amount of data to avoid charges. Thanks!

Re: setup auto disconnect for wan help

There is no options do that like Proafe/Prosecure model does

http://interface.netgear-forum.com/FVS336G/traffic_meter_wan1.htm
Monthly Limit text box. Once the limit is reached, no traffic will be allowed from the WAN side.

Traffic meter under advanced setup is where that option is.

Look under Advanced Setup -> Traffic Meter where you can do: Traffic volume control by download only, upload/download and then specify the monthly limit megabytes. then you have the options of: Traffic Control Pop up a warning message x Mbytes/Minutes before the monthly limit is reached When the monthly limit is reached with the following two options: Turn the Internet LED to flashing green/amber Disconnect and disable the Internet connection
