some web pages don't load
firmware version V1.0.1.16_1.0.74
some web pages will not load with this router such as adobe.com, propay.com and square.com. These sites have been verified as working.
Facebook will not load profile pictures either. small thing but still strange. I get a request timed out whenever I try to ping them.
I can connect directly to the cable modem and it seems to work fine. I did a factory reset of the router and still get the same issue.
kind of grasping at straws at this point.
any suggestions would be awesome
thanks

Re: some web pages don't load
This assumes two things;
1. You have a cable ISP and Cable modem
2. The computer which is having its MAC address cloned is able to access those sites in question when directly connected to the modem.

Re: some web pages don't load
Yes, it works fine when the router is not connected.
It affects all images whether it be on facebook, browsing a website or opening emails. It affects both wireless devies and also my laptops/desktop computers. I have tried disabling and modifying the settings under UPNP. Still does not work.

Re: some web pages don't load
I am not using a cable modem. I have fiber using PPOE. Does not rely on MAC addresses.

Re: some web pages don't load
I am having the same exact issue. It all started after upgrading the firmware a few months back. A new firmware was released on 11/3/2015 but the problem still persists. Not sure about MTU as mine is a fiber connection and not cable modem.

You may try resetting the router to factory default.

Re: some web pages don't load
This was already suggested and tried. No change. Where can someone get actual support for this technical issue?
Thanks,
