static route configured but cannot connect to other network to print.

Hi,

Trying to get a pc to print from one network to another.

I setup a static route in the frontier device to route to the netgear but unable to connect.  any thoughts?

ip's have dhcp reservations

rip is off

internet access is good from all devices

just looking to get printing going.
