the website will show + for support options
However once + is pressed it would show for a second a list of options but then close automatically
so there is no way to select any of the listed options

Re: support case won't create
Thanks,
I manages to submit an email request
now it was collapsing more slowly than before
I was able to catch up the momentum it was closing so I managed to press create email support case so it worked for me though the issue persisted
