unable to register product - pre-owned
I bought a pre-owned Nighthawk AC1900 D7000v2 to replace the crap NBN modem router provided by the ISP. Can I still register the product in my account? As I was trying to register it through netgear genie but It say product already registered. I have the serial # and original date of purchase.

You'll need help from one of the Netgear moderators, perhaps @ChristineT. Or you could try the tortuous process of tracking down a local support phone number. Good luck on that one.
There's a chance that you can get the old owner to remove it from their account, but that can be hit and miss.
