wireless works, wired does not Nighthawk AC1900, C7000 modem/router
I have an interesting scenerio, or at least I think I do.
I got home from work today thinking my internet was out because my Desktop PC, smart TV and Alarm system (all wired connnections) were reporting no internet but my router/modem was showing everything was working fine. I reset the router/modem and same thing, no connection. It was then I noticed my phone was connected via wifi no problem so I grabbed my laptop and it was connected as well with zero issues, also wifi.
I have reset the router multiple times, hit the factory reset button and even changed out the ethernet cables but everything I've tried hasnt worked. According the the Netgear Genie app there are zero issues with the router bother wireless and wired but nothing connected wired is online. is there something i'm missing or is it time to unplug and bury this thing? everything was working perfctly up until about 6 hours ago.

Re: wireless works, wired does not Nighthawk AC1900, C7000 modem/router
Is the modems web page using a wired PC and web browser accessible. If it's accessible, does the Basic tab page report any INTERNET connection issues?
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

there is no issue with my internet connection what so ever, it's working perfectly fine, the issue is all 4 ethernet ports on the back of the modem stoped working. the wifi connections still work just fine but for my PC I need the ethernet ports because wifi isnt fast enough for my job

Re: wireless works, wired does not Nighthawk AC1900, C7000 modem/router
done a couple factory resets and my only option when it comes to Netgear support is to pay them so I can ask a question, my warranty expired almost 3 years ago.
Thats why I came here, I was hoping someone here would know how to get my wired connections working again.
I may as well just get a new modem/router at this point because it costs damn near that much to 'buy' support after your warranty is expired.
Thanks anyway.

Sounds like hardware, but more testing should be possible.
Does the C7000 have informative LED indicators on those Ethernet
connectors? (The picture in the User Manual is suggestive, but the text
seemed not to be.)
If you connect a computer to one of them (using a known-good cable),
then what does the OS tell you about the state of that physical link?
If everyone agrees that the ports are dead, then a new gizmo (or two)
would seem to be the next step.
