A specific period of log disappeared. why did it happen?

my router is rax10

 

The logs for the period between September 8 and September 13 is empty in admin page.

how can it be possible?

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
