There is no NETGEAR AX12 model. Do you mean RAX120?
What firmware version are you on?
What is the router connected to (modem/gateway)?
Have you tried factory reset and configure from scratch?

Yes, Model RAX200

Latest firms was uploaded

Connected to a Verizon FIOS G1100

Yes.
Don't know what happened. At one point, I appeared to have control to turn off/on any device. Now, that option is gone.
