Plus you posted about an AX1800 devices but didn't put any other info. And you posted it in the MOBILE router forum.
So lets get you posting in the right forum. Look through this forum and find the one that corresponds to your device.
if you'd posted the model number, I'd put the link for the proper one. (hint, your model isn't AX1800 as thats a speed)

When posting in the proper forum, include what actual model number it is, the firmware on it, the modem model you're connecting it to.
Include any other info like what you've tried, where its failing, etc.
Or you can try contacting actual support. you get 90 days (from date of purchase) free on new devices.
