AX20 Rebooting at random
Lately my RX20 has been rebooting at random. Yesterday it rebooted 2x.
Anyone know the cause of this?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

you have the RAX20?
Have you checked the outlet its plugged into?
Maybe try it in a different outlet. Always worth checking what supplies the power.

Yes, I have a AX20. The outlet is fine as my PC and modem are connected to the same and no issues there.

Firmware. Here's the issue. Currently on FW 1.0.2.54. When I updated to the next version 1.0.2.82, it broke the USB LED which I need to use. So I reverted back to the previous FW. I spoke directly to a engineer in Tiawan and he verified this issue and said it would be fixed in a "future version". Since I dont see anything about the USB LED in any release notes, I have not updated. Nobody in this forum can tell me if it's working in the latest 1.0.4.100. Can you?
There is slight wifi from neighbors. I do not line in an apartment type complex, I'm in a single family home on an acre, so neighbors are not that close.
I have Spectrum internet and modem provided by them #E31N2V1 - DOCSIS

Make a backup of your current configuration and try the update. Not that many of the forum members who participate have that specific model.
so all you can do is try it and see what happens.
If it makes things worse for you, then you can downgrade and restore the configuration
