AX300 Ram

I have the above listed router and really love it.
My question is: How much RAM does this WIFI Router for buffering issues.
I see newer WIFI routers that have 3Gigs and makes me think.

What router has 3gig or ram?
Even the RAX200 only has 1gig.
If you're referring to the RAX40 (AX3000 is a speed, not a model), it has 512mb ram.

I never ran into buffering because of ram on a router and I've used a lot of routers. It tends to be a different reason you have buffering
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
