AX600 just installed and now Fire Stick & Blink camera connectivity issues
We have installed the Nighthawk AX6000 and everything is set up and working. However, it is blocking our Firestick and Blink cameras, which are both Amazon apps from connecting. The wifi is working and connected. How do I get Nighthawk to let these devices connect? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Illiniatheart

Re: AX600 just installed and now Fire Stick & Blink camera connectivity issues
what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
Both devices were able to connect to the wifi? Is that correct?
How do you know they're connected?
Were they blocked in the access control?

Re: AX600 just installed and now Fire Stick & Blink camera connectivity issues
yes, both devices were able to connect to the internet.
I received the log report from Nighthawk that it blocked the access. However, I cannot find where to find the "access" so I can allow both the Firestick and Blink to get thru. Where do I find that?
Thank you for your responses!
