CM1200 to Rax200 WAN aggregation slows down (requires reboot)
I have a CM1200 modem and RAX200 Router with WAN agreggation (2Gig). My internet speeds slow down to 25Mb after approx 24 hours. Rebooting the router fixes the issue for another 24 hours and then the...
Fixed my WAN aggregation slowing down.... took this Netgear back to Best Buy, ordered Asus's AX6000 (RT-AX88U). WiFi6, 160mhz, more security than any router I've ever had including WPA3 & 6 weeks rolling with no hiccups....
Runs Merlin's firmware as well.
If you have a Cm1200, then this proves it's not a CM issue, it's a RAXxx router issue.
Went through ALL the newest, hottest wifi6 routers, both Asus's newest ones, Netgears....
Backed down to Asus RT-AX6000, got WPA3 with 160mghz band and have not had to reset, or T-O-U-C-H the damn thing since unboxing it & going through initial setup. Setup was over a week & 1/2. I'm no stranger to networking..... don't even go there...

This will be my last reply... I'll be changing my CM1200 as soon as possible.
Asus's AX6000 also includes 8 (E-I-G-H-T) LAN ports on the rear. Use of No. #4 LAN port along with the designated WAN provides aggregation from the CM1200 with it's first 2 ports...

I'm just providing this community with info that there is a router that provides the latest upgrades that functions as it says it should.....
