Re: Cannot connect to WIFI Nighthawk AX$ AX3000 4
What error are you getting when you try to connect?
Does it connect and say "connected, no internet"?
Does it not see the wifi broadcasting at all?
Does it see the wifi but not able to connect?
What modem is the router connected to?
What actual router is it? AX3000 is a speed, not a model.
Did you try factory resetting the router?
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity

Re: Cannot connect to WIFI Nighthawk AX$ AX3000 4
You didn't answer the question from @plemans about the modem/gateway. What is it?
The first thing to try, even before going anywhere near the nuclear option of a reset, is to restart the network.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
This can unscramble the router's brain and get it to behave itself.

That will be a modem/router. So you are piling router on router. A bad idea:

How to fix issues with Double NAT | Answer | NETGEAR Support
When you set up the RAX40, it will have tried to avoid any conflicts. Sadly, it doesn't always stick. Maybe something rebooted itself in your absence and screwed up the settings.
The preferred fix is to put the Virgin box into bridge (modem only) mode:
virgin media one. hub 4 bridge mode - Google Search
At least Virgin, unlike BT, does not block this mode.
