Cannot connect to WIFI Nighthawk AX$ AX3000 4
Hi Just come back from holiday and cannot connect to WIFI. Device see it, but will not connect. I cannot check if there has been a firmware up date either Any ideas

You didn't answer the question from plemans about the modem/gateway. What is it?
The first thing to try, even before going anywhere near the nuclear option of a reset, is to restart the network.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
This can unscramble the router's brain and get it to behave itself.

Hi
That did not work., It now says cannot get IP address when i try to connect with my phone
The modem/gataway is a virgin media one. Hub 4 /TG3492LG- VMB CM MAC ACF8CC80CA06
Any other suggestions?
