Cant find the wifi - netgear.exe from the extender range

Hello guys , how are you today?
So i got a new Netgear extender range for my house and I'm trying to set up him.
in the start, I was finding the network Netgear from the wifi setting in my iPhone and I tried to connect him to my house network, but I got a field.
Now I'm trying to set up again and connect it to my house network but I can't find the Neagter.exe wifi
Someone can help?
I have AX1800 - 4 stream wifi mesh.

What actual model do you have? AX1800 is a speed, not a model. 

What happened the first time you attempted setup?

Also, the newer AX extenders are mesh extenders. If you got part of the way thorugh install, it might have set the SSID the same as the router's. Have you logged into the router to check to see if its attached?
