I just changed the Admin login to use HTTPS. I was able to login once using Chrome and Firefox, and got the warning messages about the cert. Now, neither one of the browsers works for logging in. They never seem to find the router. In Chrome, I get "Site Can;t Be. Reached" in Firefox I get
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.1. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

If you can't get in with HTTPS://192.168.1.1 then you'll need to factory reset it.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Factory reset the router and setup from scratch.

Thanks Furrye38,
I was hoping to not have to do that, but I do have a recent saved config so it might mot be too painful.😩
