How To Launch A Complaint, In 2020 I bought an RAX200 but when it got delivered it wasn't the RAX200 it was the RAX120 so I notified the sales team and they sed must of been a mix up at the wairhouse...

I Have Contacted Them And They Are Just Putting The Blaim On Me But I've Managed To Get More Info And I've Had To Email Some 1 i Don't No As Now I Believe There Was A Mix Up At Netgears Wairhouse And I Have Received Some Ones RMA And That Person Received My New Device Because We Have The Exact Name

I would contact a forum moderator and ask them to help you out. Theres nothing we can do more here in the forums as we don't have those resources.

Don't no why it keeps putting things in caps it's doing it on my tablet and laptop takes me a while to go back and fight my shift key to put it in lowercase so I normally leave it
