What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What ISP speeds are you paying for?
How are you speed testing? Wired or wireless? Both?
What devices do you have and are speed testing with?

what firmware version are you on?
What modem/gateway are you connected to?
What site are you testing on?
Make sure to disable qos, access control traffic monitoring, and parental controls.
Then reboot and test speeds
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
