D7800 readyshare multiple usb drives

Hi All,
I have a USB storage already mapped and accessible through readyshare. I have attached another usb storage and was wanting to use that specific for work related stuff. I can’t seem to access both hard drives though. Does the D7800 only support one usb at a time?

Both should work.

Can you check that the new drive works as is?

Remove the one that does work and put the new one in its place.

This will confirm that there isn't some strange format/partition reason for the no show.

When you have done that you can investigate why they don't both show up.
